We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are less than pleased with anything you order from WINGARD, we will cheerfully accept it for an exchange or a refund of the full price of the merchandise. If your order is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately.
Shipping and Addressing: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad. We do not ship to U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or overseas. All orders require two business days to process before shipping. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Wingard does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours. We send e-mail notification within 24 hours for back-ordered or sold-out items.
How do I know if ordering online is secure? What are you going to do with my name and order information?
We encrypt your personal information, such as your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the page and an unbroken key or lock at the bottom left corner of the page. KENNETH WINGARD does not rent or sell information we get from Web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.
How do I order online?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order. When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any product page by clicking "add to cart." Select quantity of items wanted. Select correct tax and shipping that apply. Type optional gift message to be printed on packing slip. Select payment type. Press "Finalize Order". Complete billing and payment information. Press " Ok ". In a short time you should receive a conformation of your order via email.
Can items be shipped internationally?
We currently do not accept international orders.

Are gift-wrapping and gift messages available for products I buy online?
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping online, however, we'd be happy to include a gift message on your packing slip with any of your purchases.
Can I return something I bought online?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the insert provided. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package and mail it to:
